What Totalify is

Totalify is a read-only trading tracker for MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. It shows your balances, open positions, trade history, statistics, payouts and live updates. It never places, modifies or closes trades and cannot move your funds.

How do I connect a trading account?

In the app, open Connect account. Choose Hosted by us (you provide the broker server, account number and your read-only investor password, we set it up within 24 hours), or Buy the EA to self-host our Expert Advisor on your own MetaTrader 5 / VPS.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime on your device: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Totalify. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll help where we can.

Is my data safe?

Your investor password is encrypted before it ever leaves the app, and traffic uses HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use the EA on a prop-firm / funded account?

Only if your broker or prop firm allows automated trading, third-party tools and hosting. Checking and complying with their rules is your responsibility. See our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my account?

E-mail kontakt@traxy.pl from your account address and we’ll delete your account and associated data.

Czym jest Totalify

Totalify to tracker tradingowy tylko do odczytu dla MetaTrader 5 i cTrader. Pokazuje salda, otwarte pozycje, historię transakcji, statystyki, wypłaty i aktualizacje na żywo. Nigdy nie otwiera, nie modyfikuje ani nie zamyka transakcji i nie może przenosić Twoich środków.

Jak podłączyć konto tradingowe?

W aplikacji otwórz Podłącz konto. Wybierz Hosting u nas (podajesz serwer brokera, numer konta i hasło investor tylko do odczytu, podłączamy w ciągu 24 godzin) albo Kup EA, aby samodzielnie hostować naszego Expert Advisora na własnym MetaTraderze 5 / VPS.

Jak zarządzać subskrypcją lub ją anulować?

Subskrypcje rozlicza Apple. Zarządzasz i anulujesz na swoim urządzeniu: Ustawienia → Twój Apple ID → Subskrypcje → Totalify. Anulowanie zatrzymuje kolejne odnowienia; dostęp trwa do końca opłaconego okresu.

Jak działają zwroty?

Zakupy obsługuje Apple. Zwrot zgłoś na reportaproblem.apple.com. Możesz też napisać do nas w ciągu 14 dni od zakupu. Pomożemy w zakresie, w jakim to od nas zależy.

Czy moje dane są bezpieczne?

Hasło investor jest szyfrowane, zanim opuści aplikację, a ruch idzie przez HTTPS. Szczegóły w naszej Polityce prywatności.

Czy mogę używać EA na koncie prop firmy / fundowanym?

Tylko jeśli Twój broker lub prop firma dopuszcza handel automatyczny, narzędzia zewnętrzne i hosting. Sprawdzenie i przestrzeganie ich zasad należy do Ciebie. Zobacz nasz Regulamin.

Napisz na kontakt@traxy.pl z adresu swojego konta, a usuniemy konto i powiązane dane.
